The Swenson Companies have been in the Kasson community for 55 years. Warren’s Variety Stores, Inc was the first business here and later additions were 1 Stop Realty, Inc & Lone Oak Land Company. What started with our founder, Warren E (WE) Swenson has been continued by his son and others, small town service by your neighbors, whether that be here or across the many parts of this country we operate in. For the last 40 years we have been proud to be known as “The Experienced Farmland Professionals!”

We at 1 Stop have always believed that it is the small communities that make up America and keep it running. In that sprit we choose to remain local, and to shop local.

When you go to the ‘city’ or to a big box chain you cannot get the same sort of service that you would come to expect from shopping local. We pride ourselves on making sure to attend to each customer’s individual needs and unique situations. Because no two people are the same, their service should reflect that.

Because of our belief that our customer is our neighbor we make sure that what advice we give is what would be in the best interest of our neighbor. We feel that doing right by our neighbor is more important than making a quick buck.
