Bids should be in a sealed envelope, clearly marked "Vehicle Bid." Bids must include the following information to be considered complete:

1. Item number of vehicle being bid on.

2. Name, address and phone number of the person bidding.

3. Dollar amount bid for the unit.

Bids will be accepted until 12:00 noon on Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Bids will be submitted to the Board of Education for acceptance on Monday, September 20, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. The School District has the right to reject any or all bids. Bids should be sent or delivered to:
